Marilyn the Dog Tamer: a brand and a text-first website.
Blockchain Solutions LLC, a small Salt Lake City software studio, built the brand and website for Marilyn the Dog Tamer, a balanced dog trainer in Utah. The site lists her training programs and boarding with prices, and every service has a button to text her for a consult.
The client
Marilyn the Dog Tamer is a balanced dog training business serving Utah. Her work includes aggression and reactivity rehab, off-leash reliability, board and train, training through boarding stays, wedding and new-baby prep, and work with nervous and fearful dogs.
The problem
Dog training depends on the dog. The business needed a brand, a site that explained the programs clearly, and an easy way for owners to start a conversation about theirs.
What we built
- A brand for the business.
- A website with Home, About, Services, and Gallery pages.
- A services page that lists each program and boarding with its price.
- An SMS-consult funnel. "Text for a consult" and "Text about this" buttons open a text message to Marilyn, so the first contact is a conversation.
- Call and text links for people who prefer to phone.
How it works now
A visitor reads about the programs, sees the prices up front, and taps a button to text Marilyn about their dog. There is no booking form. Texting is the first step, by design.
